I didn’t understand what the responsive theme had done to my website but I would by the time I finished with all the settings and codes I had to tweak around here.
It wouldn’t have been possible without the feedback I got from the readers and I’m grateful for that.
Chances are big that I will tweak some more in the future but for now it is suffice to say that I’m done!
It is one thing to build a website from scratch and it is another to use a ready-to-go theme and tweak it. I did the latter because life priorities do not allow me the time needed to create a website from bottom-up. All credits go to the people behind StudioPress.com for the themes I have been using all these years.
Alright, so what now?
I suppose I can start with the reason behind the sudden resurrection of my website after being in a sleep mode for two years. Thanks to this post about Google’s new system on Copyblogger.com, I got the motivation needed to move my procrastinated-self and do something about all these.
Google changed the system of their search engine with a new one on April 21st, 2015. This new system will put ‘mobile friendly’ websites as result priorities on Google Search, the place where almost everybody on the planet search for things on-line. As seen above, after all is said and done, I’m grateful to see this site on Google search as a ‘mobile friendly’ one.
Not only this reason moved me to make some changes on this website, but it also helps me to keep going so much so that once I am done with the setting, I had already posted four blogs. Last but not least, it is necessary to mention the supports I got from my loved ones. I hope they know how much I am grateful for everything.
So now things are working as clear as crystal; hence the ‘crystal clear’ background picture currently used for this website. As a matter of fact, both things online and in the real life are on the same boat right now. Finally! In the end, the one thing I love about being in this clear situation is knowing exactly where I stand.
It is the place where ‘yes means yes‘ and ‘no means no‘.
